ITIL or IT Infrastructure Library is a series of documents which helps in the implementation of a framework for IT Service Management. ITIL course teaches how to plan, implement and optimize the planning of corporate projects.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The V3 Foundation course introduces you to the basic terminologies in the IT Infrastructure Library. The program provides an understanding of the lifecycle of managing IT services to deliver to business expectations.

Candidates will be trained in Key concepts of ITIL, Important principles for improving IT operations, Vital processes and functions, Practical guidance for applying ITIL to everyday IT situations, How to align with business, control costs, and improve IT service quality, Strategies to balance IT resources etc.

ITIL v3 covers five core disciplines which will be taught with interesting case studies and examples of ROI statements. The five major disciplines are:

•  Service Transition
• Service Operations
• Continual Service Improvement

PREREQUISITE 

No prerequisites, though familiarity with IT terminology and work experience in IT service environment will be favourable.
